Space is Looking for Collection Business analyst

We are engaged in the most interesting and big innovative project in Georgia and internationally, so all of us are tackle sophisticated and interesting business and technological tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Optimizing workflow of Collection teams.
• Analyzing of Collection teams’ performance. Making suggestions for their improvement;
• Supporting Collection teams;
• Learning of the software programs used in Collection workflow;
• Identification of needs for automation of Collection processes, their consolidation and description;
• Formation of the technical task, approval, corrections/changes;
• Organization of effective communication with the development team regarding the correct and timely implementation of the requirements of the technical task.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in mathematics / statistics, economics / finance, IT;
• Knowledge of programming languages:
  SQL (upper-junior).
• Possession of MS Office, Excel at the intermediate user-level;
• Working experience as a data/business/system-analyst will be an advantage;
• Experience in building business processes in notation BPMN will be an advantage
• Knowledge in the field of information technologies, preferably - CRM systems and/or IP telephony;
• Experience in formation of the technical task;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
